Responsibilities

Training & Lesson Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive video editing sessions using industry-standard tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).

Curriculum Development: Design, structure, and update lesson plans, assignments, and course materials aligned with SkillHub’s curriculum.

Student Mentorship: Provide personalized mentoring, guidance, and constructive feedback to help students improve editing skills and project quality.

Practical Learning: Organize live demonstrations, hands-on workshops, and real-time Q&A sessions.

Content Production: Edit and produce very attractive, high-quality, and engaging videos for online platforms, social media, and course content, ensuring clarity, creativity, and brand consistency.

Shoot Management: Plan, manage, and execute video course shoots with a creative vision, ensuring smooth operations.

Team Management: Lead and coordinate video editing teams, delegating tasks and ensuring timely delivery of attractive outputs.

Assessment & Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate student progress with timely feedback and performance documentation.

Industry Insights: Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, techniques, and AI-driven creative tools to deliver fresh and appealing outputs.

Collaboration: Work closely with trainers, creative teams, and curriculum developers to enhance learning experiences.

Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance reports, and course evaluations.

Learning Environment: Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment for all learners.

AI Tool Integration: Continuously explore and integrate trending AI tools in editing workflows and training modules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
