Short-Form Video Editor (Reels & TikTok Specialist)

Remote | Full-Time | ET Hours

We’re hiring a talented short-form video editor on behalf of a fast-growing digital agency. If you live and breathe Reels, TikTok, and social-native formats—and know how to hook an audience in under 3 seconds—we’d love to chat.

What You’ll Do:

Edit engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Work closely with brand and content teams to translate raw footage into high-retention videos
Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and trending audio
Maintain brand consistency while adapting to different client styles
Turn around edits quickly, often within 24–48 hours
Collaborate during EST working hours

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of editing short-form vertical video (agency or creator-focused experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of pacing, trends, and what performs on Reels/TikTok
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
Strong eye for visual storytelling and meme-savvy editing
Clear communicator and reliable with deadlines
Available to start immediately and work full-time on ET hours
