Key Responsibilities:

Edit High-Impact Content

• Create scroll-stopping Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and brand videos
• Work closely with the founder, marketing, and content teams to bring ideas to life
• Edit product try-ons, styling tips, BTS, customer stories, and campaign videos

Own the Visual Style

• Maintain and elevate the brand’s visual identity across all content
• Apply aesthetic transitions, motion graphics, color grading, and music to match mood and tone
• Keep content snappy, polished, and platform-optimized

Creative Storytelling

• Turn basic briefs or raw footage into engaging narratives
• Add creative direction, text overlays, and storytelling elements that resonate with women audiences

Stay Trend-Ready

• Keep up with current reel trends, editing styles, viral formats, and platform algorithms
• Suggest new formats and editing approaches based on data and trends

Project Management

• Manage multiple projects at once while hitting tight deadlines
• Organize and archive raw and edited footage efficiently

What You Bring:

🔹 3+ years of experience in video editing for digital content (fashion or D2C brand experience is a big plus)

🔹 Strong proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve

🔹 Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and video-first content

🔹 Ability to work with minimal direction and bring creative ideas to the table

🔹 Strong sense of visual aesthetics, music syncing, and storytelling
