Full-time Video Editors

Prior Experience:

Expectation:

• Can independently take a project from raw footage to final delivery.
• Skilled in pacing, storytelling, and audio sync.
• Good understanding of social-media-specific outputs (9:16, 1:1, 16:9 formats).
• Familiarity with color correction, audio leveling, and mastering deliverables in multiple codecs (ProRes, H.264).
• Can collaborate with directors, producers, and motion designers.
• Mastery of advanced tools - Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator.
• Fair knowledge of

  AI-Assisted Editing Tools

  - Runway, Pika Labs, Adobe Firefly, or DaVinci Neural Engine for faster workflows.
• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and working with clients directly.
• Comfortable with collaborative tools like Frame.io, and Google Drive.
• Comfortable with tight deadlines and high-volume deliverables.
