- Define and execute end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with business and growth plans
- Lead procurement, demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, warehousing, transportation, and distribution
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across sourcing, inventory, logistics, and operations
- Build scalable supply chain networks including warehouses, fulfillment centers, and transport models
- Lead digital transformation initiatives such as ERP, WMS, TMS, planning tools, and analytics
- Establish strong governance, SOPs, KPIs, and performance dashboards across the supply chain
- Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and strategic sourcing initiatives
- Ensure optimal inventory levels, working capital efficiency, and service level adherence
- Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity planning
- Build and mentor high-performing supply chain leadership teams
- Collaborate with sales, finance, manufacturing, and leadership teams for integrated planning
