As a Senior Vice President, Software Engineering at Mastercard's Foundry, you will be part of a team focused on exploring and developing new products, leveraging internal innovation, and shaping the future of commerce globally. Your role will involve driving the transformation of a key R&D location, shaping the technical vision and roadmap, and creating synergies across platforms to deliver value to teams and customers. Key Responsibilities: - Provide executive leadership for the Global R&D organization in Pune, serving as the senior site lead and key representative. - Represent R&D and Foundry at various forums internally and externally. - Drive innovation and organizational growth by advancing the vision, strategy, and priorities of the Global R&D function. - Develop and mentor top talent to build a pipeline of future leaders and technical experts. - Support enterprise-wide initiatives and strategic projects, ensuring effective execution and strong partnerships. - Champion a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative culture to enable teams to excel. - Collaborate with Global R&D leadership to align local efforts with broader organizational goals and strategy. Qualifications Required: - Visionary and collaborative leader with a proven track record of inspiring high-performing teams. - Experience in leading large technology or innovation organizations, ideally in a global setting. - Strong communicator and relationship builder with the ability to influence senior leadership and external partners. - Passionate about talent development and fostering diverse perspectives. - Deep understanding of R&D, product development, or technology innovation processes. - Global mindset to work effectively across different cultures and geographies.
