Job Description

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership

Establish and lead the PMO function to standardize project delivery across the portfolio
Define governance frameworks, reporting systems, and review mechanisms
Align project execution with business goals and strategic priorities
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, risk mitigation, and resource optimization

Project Delivery & Performance Management

Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple high-value projects
Monitor progress against timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and sustainability standards
Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies

Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Sales)
Interface with external stakeholders including contractors, consultants, architects, and authorities
Present project updates and performance insights to senior leadership

Team Leadership

Build and mentor a high-performing team of project managers and engineers
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration
Promote capability building and knowledge sharing across teams

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Construction Engineering
MBA or PMP certification preferred

Experience:

1520 years in construction/project management within large-scale real estate or infrastructure organizations
Proven track record of leading multiple high-value projects end-to-end
Proficiency in project planning tools (Primavera / MS Project), budgeting, and quality systems
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Experience working with senior leadership in a matrix environment
