Senior UX/UI Designer

are essential for daily communication with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Skills

5+ years
of UX/UI design experience, ideally within a
SaaS or complex product
environment.

Expertise in
Figma
, including components, variants, auto layout, and prototyping.

A strong UX portfolio demonstrating
system design thinking
and interaction design across web and mobile.

Solid understanding of
responsive design, accessibility
standards, and user-centred design principles.

Experience collaborating with developers and following features through to implementation.

Exposure to
user research
and using data to support design decisions.

Experience in the
automotive industry
is a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilites

Lead the
end-to-end UX/UI design
of product features across multiple platforms.

Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, efficient user journeys, flows, and interfaces.

Collaborate with
product managers
, providing thoughtful, constructive input to influence direction.

Work closely with
developers
, offering clear specifications, guidance, and hands-on support throughout the build process.

Manage a continuous stream of design tasks from minor UI adjustments to complex feature builds.

Maintain and expand our
Figma-based design system
, ensuring consistency and scalability.

Ensure all designs are
responsive and accessible
, optimised for mobile, tablet, and desktop use.

Use customer feedback, analytics, and research insights to
inform design decisions
and drive improvements.

Contribute to or lead on
UX research and usability testing
to validate and improve design effectiveness.
