Senior UX Researcher

As the UX Researcher at Nykaa, you will play a crucial role in driving the end-to-end user research lifecycle for specific projects, aligning methods with research questions and business goals. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing various types of user research, creating comprehensive research plans, and generating insights from qualitative and quantitative data to inform product vision and delivery. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and technology teams to translate research findings into actionable user insights. Your role will involve identifying unmet user needs, learning needs, market trends, and new business opportunities through detailed research studies. You will be expected to recommend and execute the most suitable research methodologies, present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will champion the value of UX research, advocate for user-centric design solutions, and lead product design initiatives from early discovery to testing. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in user research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative approaches, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Your ability to facilitate workshops, articulate target markets" unique needs, and think holistically to create cohesive product experiences will be essential. Furthermore, you should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in human-centered design, psychology, anthropology, sociology, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in user research.
