Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate on design concepts
Build user personas from research and data insights
Define and refine interaction models and measure their effectiveness
Design wireframes and functional prototypes aligned with customer journeys
Collaborate across departments (Product, Tech, Marketing, Operations) to integrate user-centered designs
Solve UX challenges related to usability, accessibility, and discoverability
Work closely with UI designers to deliver polished visual experiences
Communicate design concepts clearly to development teams
Stay up-to-date with competitive products and emerging UX trends

Requirements

8+ years of hands-on experience as a UX Designer, preferably from startup environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating deep experience in UX across various domains
Expertise in Figma; familiarity with UXPin, Balsamiq, or similar tools is a plus
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and a bonus for JavaScript
Strong grasp of interaction design and information architecture
Background in user research and data-driven design
Prior experience in Agile or hybrid working environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting
Ability to work in overlapping hours with the US PST time zone (~4 hours)
