Job Description

Advanced visual and interaction design skills with strong attention to detail, usability, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), and comprehensive state coverage across complex interfaces, maintaining high standards for design quality and continuous improvement.
Skilled in no-code or low-code tools such as Framer, Webflow, or internal builder platforms; understands how modular design translates into reusable, configurable UI systems.
Proficiency in Figma, working with components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and efficient file organization.
Strong UX writing skills to craft clear, concise, and helpful in-product copy that enhances usability.
Skilled in translating research findings into actionable design solutions.
Ability to run usability tests, analyze customer feedback, and iterate quickly.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills within a 3-in-a-box model (UX, PM, ENG).
Comfortable presenting design rationale and leading design reviews.
Experience working in agile environments and delivering at pace within sprint cycles.
High standards for design quality and continuous improvement.
Data-informed, and passionate about understanding user behavior
Curious about emerging AI trends that can enhance the design process.
