Senior UX designer

As a Senior UX Designer at f1Studioz, your role will involve various responsibilities and contributions to the design team. You will play a crucial part in project planning, management, and account management to ensure smooth processes. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you break down complex issues and create user-friendly visual designs. Engaging with client partners and mentoring junior team members are also key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to project planning and management to support the design team's decision-making process - Handle multiple projects independently and deliver within deadlines - Assist in account management for a seamless process - Solve complex problems effectively by breaking them down into manageable statements - Create user-friendly visual flows and designs through task flows, information architecture, wireframing, and high-fidelity designs - Engage with client partners to address queries and ensure satisfaction - Support hiring efforts and contribute to the company's progress and success - Mentor junior team members for their growth and effectiveness Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2+ years of design experience in a product or client-facing role - Experience leading a team of 1-2 designers - Track record of shipping products with core problem-solving skills - Logical thinking to tackle complex UX challenges - Experience working with cross-functional teams - B.Des or M.Des degree from Tier 1 & 2 Colleges preferred - Preference for candidates with B2B UX experience, startup, or design agency background In addition to your responsibilities, you will be expected to contribute to the company's design process and intellectual property.
