Senior UI/UX Head

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Head to lead our design team in crafting world-class user experiences for multiple client projects. This role demands creativity, leadership, and the ability to adapt design strategies for different industries and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX designers to deliver outstanding designs across multiple client projects.
• Allocate design resources effectively based on project priorities and deadlines.
• Client Interaction & Project Delivery
• Work closely with clients to understand their goals, brand identity, and target audience.
• Present and justify design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets that meet client expectations.
• Design Strategy & Execution
• Develop design strategies tailored to each client’s business objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, from wireframes and prototypes to final visuals.
• Maintain consistency in design standards while allowing flexibility for different brand guidelines.
• User Research & Testing
• Conduct usability studies and user research for diverse industries.
• Translate user insights into actionable design improvements.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in UI/UX design, with 2+ years in a senior leadership role in a service-based or agency environment.
• Skills:
• Expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, user psychology, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent presentation, client communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Portfolio: Must showcase multi-industry client work and successful UI/UX projects.

• Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
