Senior UI/UX Designer

As a 2+ year experienced candidate, you will be working full-time in Mohali, showcasing your excellent UX/UI design, graphic design, and brand identity skills. You are someone who thrives on creating products that resonate with users and detests disorder, preferring a structured approach. Your extreme attention to detail sets you apart, as you leverage your understanding of human psychology to craft designs that drive conversions. Collaboration is key for you, as you actively seek feedback to enhance both your skills and the outcomes of the projects you are involved in. In this role, you will be an integral part of our embedded team in Mohali, contributing to a diverse range of projects such as websites, apps, branding, graphic and print design. Your responsibilities will include creating wireframes and mockups for UI/UX initiatives, delivering asset kits to team members, adhering to brand guidelines while also potentially evolving the brand, and utilizing project management tools for seamless team communication. You will take the lead in projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective collaboration with all stakeholders. Your background should encompass at least 2 years of experience in web and graphic design, coupled with the ability to confidently engage with stakeholders across different levels. Proficiency in visual design, user-centered experience & interaction design, brand development, and the creative process is essential. Your capacity to lead internal teams and engage flexibly where required, along with adept multitasking skills and problem-solving abilities, will be highly valued. Advanced proficiency in tools like Adobe Xd, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign is a must, alongside a strong collaborative spirit and a genuine enthusiasm for design, creativity, and technology. Having a relevant portfolio demonstrating your expertise in UX/UI and/or graphic design would be an added advantage, reflecting your dedication to the craft.,
