Junior WordPress/PHP Developer

Seeking a candidate with 1+ years of experience for a full-time position in Mohali, having intermediate WordPress knowledge. As someone who aims to create web experiences that resonate with users, you possess a comprehensive understanding of HTML5, CSS3, PHP, and JavaScript. Your familiarity with WordPress at an intermediate level reflects your attention to detail and high standards. In this role, you will be working on-site within our embedded team in Mohali. Your responsibilities include independently managing and developing client projects of basic and intermediate complexity using our custom WordPress theme, along with third-party plugins and page-builders. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills by delving into advanced WordPress theme development, plugin creation, custom page-builder blocks, WooCommerce extensions, and bespoke solutions. Reporting to team leaders and stakeholders, you will communicate daily tasks through project management tools, overseeing projects from inception to completion by engaging with all stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Ajax, PHP, and intermediate WordPress knowledge encompassing template files, queries, loops, actions, filters, hooks, custom post types, custom fields, widgets, shortcodes, and custom themes and plugins. Your ability to confidently present to stakeholders of all levels, collaborate effectively within a team, and tackle challenges with multitasking skills is crucial. Moreover, familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Xd, Photoshop, and Illustrator is beneficial, reflecting your strong opinions and collaborative approach. Additional knowledge of Elementor Page Builder, WooCommerce, and Git version control will be advantageous for this role.,
