Senior React.js Developer

Role Overview: You are a 2+ year experienced candidate with advanced React.js knowledge who will work on-site as part of the embedded team in Mohali. Your main responsibilities will include contributing to the development of premium WordPress plugins, custom page-builder blocks, WooCommerce customization, and building custom extensions. Additionally, you will lead a team of junior developers, manage their tasks, and lead projects from start to finish by collaborating with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the development of premium WordPress plugins and custom page-builder blocks - Customize WooCommerce and build custom extensions - Work on advanced client projects requiring customized solutions like ecommerce, property rental systems, response calculators, etc. - Lead a team of junior developers and manage their day-to-day tasks - Use project management tools to communicate with the team - Lead projects from start to finish by collaborating with stakeholders Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of relevant experience - Proficiency in JavaScript ES6, React.js, Redux.js, Git version control - Strong knowledge of React.js fundamentals, building reusable components, building React app with and without Redux, custom Webpack configuration - Familiarity with the latest React.js features such as Hooks, Portals, Context API, etc., RESTful APIs, Redux Forms or similar, async actions with Redux Thunk, modern authorization mechanisms, benchmarking, and optimization - Confidence and talent in presenting to stakeholders at all levels, ability to lead internal teams, and contribute where necessary - Multi-tasking skills and problem-solving abilities - Moderate skills in design and prototyping tools like Adobe Xd, Photoshop, and Illustrator - Solid point-of-view and collaborative nature Additional Company Details: N/A,
