Job Description

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success: Be an important contributor to develop the new front end for enterprise software, that is mission-critical with thousands of customers around the world. Design and develop features for an industry-leading product using modern front-end technologies. Work in an Agile methodology within a Scrum team to meet deadlines and produce high-quality features. Collaborate with other teams to develop joint features together. Provide high-quality support to our customers. To ensure youre set up for success, you will bring the following skillset experience: 8-10 years of experience developing interactive user experiences for technology products that serve mid-large customer bases You have understanding of front-end development practices (Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular) and how quality experiences are built and maintained Experience with Jira/Agile development and source code management tools like GIT or ISPW Expertise in developing various type of scripts for effective use of popular test automation and DevOps tools like Jenkins, Compuware Hiperstation, Selenium, RFT, UFT Wireframing and Prototyping - Ability to produce complete and accurate prototypes using industry-standard tools. This includes vector and bitmap authoring applications in use by the design team. You have the ability to produce complete and accurate prototypes using industry-standard tools. Ability to demonstrate a history of executing on development deliverables such as wireframes, hi-fidelity designs, prototypes and journey maps. Understanding of UX development standards, Agile UX and Lean UX practices Proficiency prototyping interactive designs using a variety of design tools and technologies such as Sketch, Illustrator, Axure, Keynote/PowerPoint Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills: Working on Enterprise Applications Experience in writing unit tests and component tests
