Role Overview

Senior UiPath Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy

  complex UiPath automation workflows

  using

  ReFramework

  and industry best practices.
• Build

  reusable components, libraries, and custom activities

  to support enterprise-scale RPA solutions.
• Perform

  code reviews, debugging, optimization, and performance tuning

  of UiPath processes.
• Develop

  attended and unattended automations

  with strong error handling, logging, and exception management.
• Integrate UiPath solutions with

  enterprise applications

  such as

  SAP, Oracle, web applications, APIs, and databases

  .
• Collaborate with

  Business Analysts

  to understand requirements and design effective automation solutions.
• Manage and maintain bots using

  UiPath Orchestrator

  , including scheduling, queues, assets, and credentials.
• Enhance and support existing automations with

  version control and structured deployment practices

  .
• Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of automation solutions.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 46 years of total experience, with

  minimum 4 years of hands-on UiPath development experience

  .
• Strong expertise in

  UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, ReFramework, and Queue management

  .
• Proficiency in

  VB.NET or C#

  , selectors, data manipulation, and advanced exception handling.
• Experience with

  API integrations

  ,

  database connectivity (SQL)

  , and

  Citrix automation

  .
• Solid understanding of

  RPA best practices

  , performance optimization, and scalable bot design.
• Proven ability to independently design and deliver

  end-to-end RPA solutions

  .
• Experience delivering

  10+ complex UiPath projects

  end-to-end.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  

Preferred / Nice to Have

• UiPath Developer Advanced Certification

  or

  UiPath RPA Developer Foundation

  (highly preferred).
• Experience with

  UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, or Automation Cloud

  .
• Familiarity with other RPA tools such as

  Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism

  .
• Exposure to

  Agile / DevOps practices

  in RPA delivery.
• Experience in

  enterprise or GCC environments

  .

Education

• Bachelor’s degree
