Job Description

 

Day in the life:

  • Test Automation Development

  • Design, build, and maintain automated regression test cases using UiPath Test Suite (Studio, Orchestrator, Test Manager).
  • Convert existing manual regression scenarios into automated workflows.
  • Create reusable and modular test components to maximize maintainability.

  • Test Execution Reporting

  • Schedule and execute regression test suites as part of CI/CD pipelines or release cycles.
  • Analyze test results, log defects in the defect management tool, and work with development teams to ensure resolution.
  • Generate test execution reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

  • Collaboration Governance

  • Work closely with QA, Business Analysts, and Developers to identify regression candidates.
  • Ensure test cases align with business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to represent test automation perspective.

  • Continuous Improvement

  • Optimize test coverage and execution time for faster feedback loops.
  • Recommend and implement best practices for UiPath Test Suite adoption.
  • Support knowledge sharing within the Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).

Youll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in UiPath Studio (including Test Automation activities).
  • Hands-on experience with UiPath Test Suite, Test Manager, and Orchestrator.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, or similar).
  • Familiarity with test data management, selectors, and orchestrator queues.
  • Experience with API testing and UI automation.

  • Quality Testing Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of regression testing, test case design techniques, and defect life cycle.
  • Knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.
  • Experience in integrating automated tests into DevOps pipelines.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work in cross-functional teams.
