Senior Treasury Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining AB InBev GCC as a Senior Manager Treasury, Capex & Asset Operations in Bangalore. Reporting to the Director Europe Finance Operations, your role will involve leading the Treasury, Capex, and Asset Operations functions to drive cash and liquidity management, capital expenditure governance, and asset lifecycle tracking. Collaboration with global and regional stakeholders will be crucial for achieving operational excellence, compliance, and transformation across these domains. Key Responsibilities: - Treasury Operations - Oversee daily cash management, bank reconciliations, and liquidity planning. - Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies and external regulatory requirements. - Manage banking relationships and optimize cash pooling structures. - Support FX risk management and intercompany funding strategies. - Drive automation and efficiency in treasury processes. - Capex Management - Lead the end-to-end Capex governance process, including budgeting, approvals, and tracking. - Partner with business units to evaluate investment proposals and ensure alignment with strategic priorities. - Monitor Capex utilization and provide variance analysis and insights. - Ensure compliance with internal controls and capital expenditure policies. - Asset Operations (Fixed, Movable & Leases) - Oversee the asset lifecycle from acquisition to retirement, including tagging, tracking, and depreciation. - Ensure accurate accounting and reporting of fixed and leased assets in compliance with IFRS/GAAP. - Manage lease accounting processes in line with IFRS 16. - Coordinate with IT and facilities teams for asset audits and physical verification. - Drive standardization and automation in asset management processes. People Leadership - Lead and develop a team of professionals across treasury, capex, and asset operations. - Define performance goals, monitor KPIs, and drive engagement. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning. - Drive succession planning and talent development. Qualifications: - Education: Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. - Experience: 12+ years in Treasury, Capex, or Asset Management; 2-3 years in people leadership roles. - Skills: - Strong understanding of treasury operations, capital budgeting, and asset accounting. - Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), treasury management systems, and lease accounting tools. - Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. - Shared Services experience is a plus.
