Job Description

Responsibilities: Managing End-to-End Travel Plans: This includes booking flights, trains, transportation, and hotels, as well as arranging other travel-related services for INTERNATIONAL Destinations . Negotiating Best Rates: Seeking out competitive deals from vendors for flights, hotels, and other services. Communicating with Travelers: Keeping travelers informed about their travel arrangements, logistics, and any potential changes or emergencies. Handling Emergency Situations: Responding to unexpected changes, cancellations, or other emergencies that may arise during travel. Visa and Formalities: Assisting with visa applications and other necessary travel documentation. Managing Travel Requests: Handling all incoming travel requests and processing them efficiently. Building Client Relationships: Maintaining positive relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service. Sales and Revenue Targets: Contribute to the achievement of sales and revenue targets by selling travel packages and services. Staying Up-to-Date: Keeping current with travel industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations. Skills and Qualifications: Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and vendors. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors to secure the best rates. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple travel arrangements and prioritize tasks effectively. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems that may arise during travel. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer reservation systems and other travel-related software. Knowledge of Destinations: A strong understanding of travel destinations and travel trends. Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive and efficient travel experience. Multilingualism (preferred): Ability to speak languages in addition to English may be an advantage. Experience: Previous experience in the travel industry, especially in handling international travel operations, is often preferred.
