Role Description

The Senior Travel Consultant will manage and coordinate with travel agents to understand and fulfill all aspects of travel requirements for their customers. The role involves providing expert guidance, ensuring seamless booking experiences, and maintaining strong relationships with travel partners.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the tourism/travel industry.
• Strong destination knowledge, especially Southeast Asia, Dubai, and India.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to manage B2B travel partners effectively.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site in South Delhi.
• Previous experience in the travel industry is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
