Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant based in Gurugram. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing expert travel consulting, organizing travel itineraries, and making reservations. The role involves offering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction with travel plans.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in organizing Travel Arrangements and making Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems (Amadeus/Galileo) and software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
