Senior Travel Consultant (Reservation & Ticketing)

As a Back Office Operations professional in the Travel Department Operations industry, your role will involve handling various tasks related to GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and ensuring customer satisfaction through your excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. Your key responsibilities will include: - Familiarity with ticketing, fare calculation, issuance, re-issuance, PNR Generation, and schedule changes. - Proficiency in manual commands on GDS. - Working comfortably in rotational night shifts and having rotational week offs. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum Bachelor's degree and have prior experience in the travel industry, specifically with GDS knowledge. Graduates with travel experience are highly encouraged to apply. Additionally, you should be customer-oriented and willing to adapt to the demands of the job, including working in night shifts. The work location for this full-time, permanent position is in Ahmedabad (Thaltej). In addition to your base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses and shift allowances based on your schedule, which includes rotational shifts.
