Senior Travel Consultant (Reservation & Ticketing)

You should have excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written. Being customer-oriented is a key aspect of this role. A minimum Bachelor's degree is required for this position. Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre is a must. You should be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, and be comfortable with rotational week offs. Familiarity with ticketing, fare calculation, issuance, re-issuance, PNR generation, and schedule changes is important. Proficiency in manual commands on GDS is required. Candidates with a background in travel and experience with GDS are encouraged to apply. The work hours are rotational shifts and offs, including night shifts. The work location is in Ahmedabad (Thaltej). This role is for Back Office Operations in the Travel Department Operations industry. It is a full-time, permanent position.
