Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant based in Pune. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on travel destinations, managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, coordinating travel logistics, providing customer service, and handling travel-related issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Proficiency in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with global travel destinations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
