This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with global clients, troubleshoot training issues, and contribute to the seamless execution of training programs. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with training administration issues via email and phone, providing resolutions and scheduling options. Gather additional information about reported issues, perform detailed case analysis, and document cases in the system. Generate daily/weekly reports for customers using Microsoft Excel. Manage training activities on LMS, ensuring smooth coordination and execution. Event Coordination: Ensure onsite training event activities are performed as per the Event Readiness Process/System, including booking venues and providing emergency support for training.
