Senior Trainer QSR Industry

We are currently seeking a Senior Trainer who will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and overseeing training initiatives across our various stores. The Senior Trainer will play a crucial role in managing the entire training process for store associates, shift managers, and multi-store managers. This encompasses creating training materials, executing training sessions, and enhancing capabilities in different cities. The position requires effective communication, a hands-on attitude, and a genuine interest in developing individuals within the fast-paced QSR industry. Key Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing training programs for both frontline staff and management teams in multiple store locations. - Crafting engaging training content such as manuals, videos, SOP guides, and assessments. - Ensuring uniformity in training delivery methods across different cities. - Conducting onboarding sessions for new employees. - Providing training on customer service, operational procedures, hygiene practices, and upselling techniques. - Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and monitoring enhancements in employee performance. - Collaborating with operational leaders to identify skill deficiencies and rectify them through focused training modules. Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of training experience within the QSR sector is mandatory. - Proficiency in spoken and written English communication. - Demonstrated aptitude in creating training materials including documents, presentations, and digital resources. - Experience in conducting training sessions across multiple cities. - Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities. - Capability to inspire, coach, and instill confidence in team members at various hierarchical levels.
