Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of training experience within the QSR sector is mandatory. - Proficiency in spoken and written English communication. - Demonstrated aptitude in creating training materials including documents, presentations, and digital resources. - Experience in conducting training sessions across multiple cities. - Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities. - Capability to inspire, coach, and instill confidence in team members at various hierarchical levels.
