As a Senior Trainer in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in training corporate associates with business English-speaking skills. Your passion for facilitating new hire training on English grammar fundamentals, voice, and accent will contribute to the growth and development of our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include: - Facilitating new hire training on English grammar fundamentals, voice, and accent - Preparing recurring training reports for the respective training manager - Assisting the recruitment team in screening candidates based on voice and accent - Auditing frontline agents' calls, recording scores, and observations on the call monitoring form - Providing feedback and coaching client partners to enhance their call handling and voice and accent training - Collaborating with stakeholders to implement and evaluate communication skills, soft skills, and call handling training programs - Listening to calls on the operation floor and conducting on-the-floor interventions through coaching and feedback models as defined by function/program Your qualifications should include: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent facilitation and presentation skills - Ability to maintain data and MIS as per training requirements - Excellent knowledge of English grammar, pronunciation, and accent usage for calls, email, and messaging - Good people management skills - Ability to create presentations for management reviews - Willingness to work in night shifts Preferred qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in voice and accent training or similar field - Experience in the Healthcare RCM industry is desired - Any certificate in English language teaching (BEC, CELTA, TESOL) will be an added advantage Join us now and avail benefits such as free pick-up and drop cab facility, medical insurance, and other social security benefits.
