Senior Tour Consultant

As an Internal Holiday Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for handling guest queries regarding holiday packages through various communication channels. Your excellent communication and sales skills will be crucial in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Sell holiday packages to customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets - Generate revenue through sales of holiday packages, travel insurance, and other travel-related products - Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly - Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of holiday packages, travel destinations, and travel-related products - Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback - Collaborate with team members to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Education: High school diploma required; degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred - Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or related field; travel industry experience preferred - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to meet sales targets - Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of holiday packages and travel-related products - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software - Language Skills: Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages preferred *Additional Company Details:* The company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, flexible schedule, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off.
