As an experienced and highly motivated Internal Holiday Sales Consultant, your main responsibility will be handling guest queries regarding holiday packages through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. To excel in this role, you will need exceptional communication and sales skills, enabling you to work efficiently in a dynamic environment and achieve sales targets successfully. Your key responsibilities will include: Sales and Revenue Generation: - Selling holiday packages to customers through various communication channels - Meeting and surpassing monthly sales goals - Generating revenue by promoting holiday packages, travel insurance, and other related products Customer Service: - Providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat - Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a prompt and professional manner Product Knowledge: - Developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of holiday packages, travel destinations, and related products - Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes Administrative Tasks: - Maintaining accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback - Completing administrative duties such as data entry, reporting, and paperwork accurately and punctually Team Collaboration: - Working closely with team members, including sales consultants, customer service representatives, and operations staff - Sharing knowledge, best practices, and feedback to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction Performance Metrics: - Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service - Demonstrating proficiency in product knowledge and completing administrative tasks efficiently and accurately Skills and Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred - Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or a related field; travel industry experience is advantageous - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in sales and negotiation, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets - Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of holiday packages, travel destinations, and related products - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software - Language Skills: Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, flexible schedule, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off.
