You will handle escalated customer calls and provide resolutions, while monitoring call quality and providing feedback for improvement. Additionally, you will be expected to generate leads, follow up on customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Your primary objectives will be to drive customer satisfaction and retention through excellent telecalling service, achieve sales targets through effective lead generation and follow-up, and enhance team performance and productivity. To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service, possess excellent communication skills and phone etiquette, demonstrate strong leadership and team management abilities, have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
