Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Telecaller, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Senior Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing product information, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues. The role includes maintaining customer relationships, assisting with order placements, following up on leads, and supporting the sales team. The Senior Telecaller will also contribute to achieving sales targets and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls, and customer service
