Tele Caller / Inside Sales Executive (Female)

About the Company: Nipro Weitek is a leading manufacturer and exporter of a comprehensive range of industrial and commercial weighing solutions, including Heavy-Duty Weighbridges, Electronic Truck Scales, Digital Weighbridges, Concrete Platform Weighbridges, and various specialized weighing scales for industrial sectors like steel, cement, logistics, and quarrying.

Job Summary:

The Tele Caller / Inside Sales Executive will be the first point of contact for prospective B2B clients and play a crucial role in the sales cycle by generating qualified leads, making outbound calls, and setting up appointments for the field sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills and a persistent, results-driven attitude to promote Nipro Weitek's high-value industrial weighing products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct high-volume outbound calls (cold calling) to potential industrial, commercial, and public sector clients across various industries (e.g., logistics, quarrying, manufacturing, transport).
  • Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and applications of Nipro Weitek's products, such as weighbridges, truck scales, and industrial weighing systems, to key decision-makers (e.g., procurement managers, operations heads).
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up activities.
  • Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups on marketing campaigns, inbound inquiries, and existing leads to nurture relationships and move prospects further down the sales funnel.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activity, lead status, and sales appointments generated.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Tele Calling, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation, preferably in a B2B or industrial/technical sales environment.
  • Communication:
  • Fluency in English and, Telugu (Hindi) for effective communication with a pan-India client base.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills with a professional and persuasive telephone manner.
