1.Customer Communication
Call existing and potential customers to promote printing machines and related products.
Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to clients.
Answer queries regarding machine specifications, availability, warranty, or service support.
2. Lead Generation & Follow-up
Generate new leads through cold calling or from provided data.
Maintain a daily log of calls made and responses received.
Follow up on interested leads regularly to convert them into sales or appointments.
3. Coordination
Coordinate with field sales staff or technicians for demo arrangements or site visits.
Schedule meetings or calls between senior salespeople and potential buyers.
Inform customers about dispatch or delivery status, if needed.
4. Database Management
Maintain and update customer database with accurate contact and interaction details.
Record feedback, complaints, and service requests from customers.
5. After-Sales Support
Call customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction with the printing machine.
Inform them about maintenance schedules, service packages, or AMC plans.
6. Marketing Support
Assist the marketing team by informing customers about new launches, trade shows, or offers.
Conduct telephone surveys to collect feedback on machines or services.
Additional Skills Required
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Good in record-keeping and computer use (Excel, CRM tools)
Patience and ability to handle technical or confused clients
