Job Title: Telecaller (Female Candidates Only)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Location: [Chennai Arumbakkam]

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Female Telecaller with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining products/services, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound queries.
Explain company products/services clearly and effectively.
Maintain a positive, professional, and polite communication tone at all times.
Follow up with potential leads and convert them into customers.
Update and maintain customer database/CRM regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and requirements.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.
Minimum 5 years of telecalling or customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle rejections positively.
Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
