Digital Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience, specializing in LinkedIn Ads, social media strategy, and digital lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B marketing, campaign optimization, and social media analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and drive engagement.
• Monitor and optimize ad performance based on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROI.
• Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn page and presence across other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals and messaging.
• Create and manage marketing content including ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign performance using LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, and other tools.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and LinkedIn advertising.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with proven expertise in LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of other paid channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Experience in B2B lead generation and email marketing.
• Graphic design basics (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus.
