Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Tele Caller role located in Noida. The Senior Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in sales or telemarketing
• High-quality lead generation & conversions
• Strong product knowledge (loans, cards, working capital)
• 100% compliance with regulatory and data norms
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of CRM software and call center systems is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
