Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Technician located in Bengaluru North. The Senior Technician will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial elevators. Day-to-day tasks include conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, ensuring safety compliance, and providing exceptional customer service. The Senior Technician will also work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in installation, maintenance, and repair of elevators
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus
• Experience in the elevator or lift industry is highly desirable
• Technical diploma or equivalent in a related field
