Job Overview: We are a premier consulting firm specializing in Systems Integration for US State and Local Government clients, with particular expertise in Salesforce implementations for the State of California. We're seeking an exceptional Technical Systems Architect based in India to lead the design and implementation of complex, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce expertise with broad technical knowledge to create innovative solutions that address the unique challenges of public sector clients. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions for US State and Local Government clients Lead architectural decisions for complex Salesforce implementations, integrations, and migrations Serve as the technical authority across 2-3 concurrent public sector engagements Develop reusable solution accelerators specific to government use cases Create comprehensive system architecture documentation and technical roadmaps Transform complex government business requirements into scalable technical solutions Provide technical leadership and mentorship to distributed teams of solution architects and developers Establish and enforce architectural governance and best practices across projects Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities and recommend strategic technology adoption Participate in US client meetings remotely and occasionally on-site Lead technical discovery sessions and solution presentations with government stakeholders. Build technical capabilities within the India team through mentorship and knowledge sharing​ Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field 8+ years of experience in systems architecture with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce Salesforce Certified System Architect and Application Architect certifications (Salesforce Certified Technical Architect preferred) Experience leading at least 4-5 enterprise Salesforce implementations as principal architect Proven expertise integrating Salesforce with multiple external systems and technology platforms Understanding of US public sector business processes and compliance requirements Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and design patterns Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly Experience leading and mentoring distributed technical teams Located in a major metropolitan area in India with reliable infrastructure Ability to work in US time zones as needed for client interactions Expertise in API integration platforms, preferably MuleSoft Experience with agile delivery methodologies in distributed team environments Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant technical field Experience as an Architect with large Global System Integrator (GSI) organizations preferred. Additional certifications in complementary platforms (AWS, Azure, MuleSoft, etc.) Knowledge of US government data privacy, security, and compliance requirements Experience creating and implementing solution accelerators for government use cases MuleSoft Certified Architect or equivalent integration architecture expertise Prior experience working with US-based clients or companies Show more Show less
