Senior Technical Support Specialist - Inbound Voice Process

Your responsibilities as a Tech Support Associate will include: - Handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. - Diagnosing problems effectively and recommending suitable solutions to the customers. - Selling technical support plans and relevant software to the customers. To excel in this role, you must have: - Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in outbound tech support. - Proficiency in closing calls on your own and possessing excellent convincing and sales skills. - Knowledge of blue screen errors, pop-up calls, and experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad. The salary offered for this role ranges from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 22,000 per month, along with lucrative incentives. The working shift for this position is a US shift.
