Job Description

As a Technical Writer at Infinite Talent, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our domestic and international clients, as well as internal stakeholders, to gather and analyze business needs for integrated Talent Management Solutions. Your role will involve synthesizing client concerns, market insights, and competitive information into comprehensive product requirements and process workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing the client support strategy, including product optimization planning and overall customer engagement opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product defects and enhancement requests. - Research product information from requirements, specifications, and user stories. - Engage with software engineers, QA engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather necessary information. - Independently develop, publish, and maintain end-user documentation for upcoming releases within specified timelines. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously with flexibility and adaptability. - Conduct technical and peer reviews of documentation and propose continuous improvements. - Identify gaps in existing content and suggest remediation plans. - Stay updated on industry trends related to product documentation and recommend adjustments to align with observed trends. - Communicate effectively with globally distributed teams. - Adhere to company, department, and team policies, procedures, and standards. Required Skills & Experience: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent experience. - 3+ years of experience as a technical writer. - Proficiency in XML, HTML, CSS, and XML authoring tools. - Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including Sprint planning. - Experience in roadmap and documentation planning. Qualifications and Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers. - Effective presentation skills to deliver engaging product demonstrations. - Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. - Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking capabilities. Nice to Have: - Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Onboarding solutions in the HR/recruitment industry. - Familiarity with CRM tool documentation. Qualifications: - MBA, BCOM, or any graduate degree. - 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.,
