Senior Technical Specialist

The role of Senior Technical Specialist in the Customer Quality team requires a dynamic individual with a strategic mindset to lead warranty claim handling and customer quality improvement initiatives across India and Southeast Asia. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen claim handling processes. You will be managing the customer postbox and portal, providing technical evaluation and support for warranty claims. Coordinating with the administration team to process claims in SAP based on root cause findings. Facilitating the resolution of customer non-conformance issues by collaborating with Plant Quality teams for 8D root cause analysis. Coordinating logistics and shipment of warranty return hardware, conducting system-level troubleshooting, and preparing final reports in collaboration with Authorized Service Partners. Key responsibilities also include performing Customer Focus Quality Projects, handling claim-related financial aspects, tracking and analyzing claim trends, building strong relationships with various teams, ensuring adherence to claim handling processes, and compliance with quality management systems and standards. Additionally, you will conduct audits and capability development of Authorized Service Partners across Asia. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, strong analytical and diagnostic skills, practical experience with hydraulic systems, hands-on experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with logistics and claim-related financial procedures, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset, ability to thrive in cross-functional environments, and a structured and result-driven approach. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required. Experience working in a matrix organization is an advantage.
