Job Description

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for sourcing relevant resumes using job portals, ensuring a healthy pipeline of resumes for recruiters, following up on the status of shared resumes, and maintaining and managing MIS to track progress on shared resumes. Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing relevant resumes using job portals - Ensuring a healthy pipeline of resumes for recruiters for further reach out and assessments - Following up on the status of the resumes shared with the recruiters - Maintaining and managing MIS to track the progress on shared resumes Qualifications Required: - At least 3 years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment, preferably working with Executive Search Firms or Staffing Firms - Good exposure to Technology, IT, Semiconductor, Telecom, Big4s, Management Consulting, or IT Advisory domain hiring - Exposure to IT leadership level hiring will be an advantage This role requires an excellent understanding of different roles across levels, skills (technologies), ability to put up Boolean searches, and finding relevant resumes from job portals. An engineering graduate would be preferred for this position.
