Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist, your role will involve sourcing relevant resumes using Job portals to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates for recruitment purposes. You will be responsible for following up on the status of resumes shared with recruiters and maintaining a comprehensive MIS to track the progress of candidates in the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: - Source relevant resumes using Job portals - Maintain a healthy pipeline of resumes for recruiters - Follow up on the status of shared resumes - Manage MIS to track progress on shared resumes Qualifications Required: - At least 3 years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment, preferably with Executive Search Firms or Staffing Firms - Good exposure to Technology / IT / Semiconductor / Telecom / Big4s / Management Consulting / IT Advisory domain hiring - Experience in IT leadership level hiring will be an added advantage This role requires you to have an excellent understanding of different roles across levels, skills (technologies), the ability to conduct Boolean searches, and find relevant resumes from job portals. An engineering graduate would be preferred for this position.,
