Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of complex programs, from

  requirements gathering

  to

  delivery

  and

  operational handoff

  .
• Analyze the requirements, work closely with Architects for preparing Architecture and Design, Staffing the right teams, collaborating with multiple cross functional teams for successful execution of program
• Track and report the program health to all the stake holders, identify risks and create mitigation plans
• Lead technical programs involving

  IBM Data Power, IBM ACE, IBM MQ, Tibco BW)

• Develop and manage roadmaps in coordination with architecture, platform, and product teams.
• Partner with engineering teams to define milestones, KPIs, and

  incremental delivery plans

  using Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Define

  functional specs, UAT criteria,

  and ensure robust telemetry is in place for data-driven decision-making.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
• Establish governance for stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery accountability.
• Collaborate closely with

  SREs, AMS, Infra and Cloud Ops

  to enforce high standards of security, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Represent program status and outcomes in

  executive briefings

  , synthesizing complex issues into clear, actionable narratives.
• Lead incident response workflows and coordinate high-priority fixes and retrospective analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

• 12+ years of technical program or product management experience in complex, cloud-based environments.
• Strong engineering background with 8+ years of experience in software development, particularly in IBM Data Power, IBM ACE, IBM MQ, Tibco BW
• Proven success delivering distributed systems on

  AWS (ECS/EKS, S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda, etc.)

  .
• Hands-on experience with Middleware technologies
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and tools (e.g.,

  Jira, Confluence

  , SAFe).
• Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing global programs with distributed teams.
• Experience in FinTech, Retail Domain with Payments experience
• Familiarity with

  DevOps practices, observability, CI/CD pipelines

• Expertise in

  cloud cost optimization
