Dynamic Yield's PVS Identity Solution team is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive our customer experience strategy through continuous innovation and problem-solving. We're seeking someone passionate about the customer journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possessing an entrepreneurial mindset. Working in an exciting, fast-paced environment focused on developing payment authentication and security solutions, this role will manage the delivery of projects and initiatives within the development lifecycle for Dynamic Yield's e-commerce payment authentication platform. Role As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will: Agile Facilitation & Leadership: Utilize SAFe Agile processes to facilitate agile ceremonies and meetings, ensuring Scrum teams stay on track for committed deliverables across sprints, Program Increments (PIs), and quarters. Facilitate status presentations and reporting to program leadership. Coordinate with other teams and participate in Scrum of Scrums / Release meetings with the Program/Release Train Engineer (RTE). Work with cross-functional technical and business owners to deliver world-class solutions. Provide communication and coordination support to foster self-organizing and self-managing teams that can deliver through effective Agile Practices. Help remove impediments for the team and provide coaching and leadership to enable development deliverables. Guide the team on effective utilization of Agile/Scrum practices. Risk & Dependency Management: Help highlight and manage risks and dependencies at the initiative, service, portfolio, and program levels. Team Performance & Coaching: Help the team excel in areas including quality, predictability, flow, and velocity. Build a high-performing team by assisting with intrapersonal conflicts, challenges, and growth opportunities. Escalate people problems to management only after internal processes have failed. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Proactively monitor project health and quality, providing input to the RTE and management. Ensure timely and accurate communication with program leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Act as a liaison between various stakeholders and ensure dependencies to other shared technical teams are prioritized and delivered on time. Coordinate and assist in the implementation and monitoring of existing and/or revised management directions and policies. Effectively and constructively deal with challenges. All About You Experience:5-10 years of experience in Project Management / Scrum Master roles. Project management experience is required. Agile Expertise:Advanced understanding of Agile methodology and the situations in which each can be successfully utilized. SAFe Agile exposure is preferred. Personal Attributes: High-energy, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment. Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong relationship, collaborative, and organizational skills.
