Job Description

7+ years of product management experience, including technical product leadership
Strong backend or infrastructure development background
Experience building APIs, internal developer tools, or platform services
Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and platform teams
Skilled in writing product specs, roadmaps, and defining success metrics
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder management
Based in Bengaluru or open to relocate

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy and execution for internal platforms, developer tools, and APIs
Work closely with engineering to build scalable, reusable backend systems
Translate technical capabilities into product features that improve engineering efficiency
Define product specs, manage backlog, and prioritize features
Own adoption, performance, and success metrics for platform initiatives
Drive API documentation, developer onboarding, and internal tool rollout
Continuously gather feedback from engineering teams to improve internal platforms
