Senior Technical Manager

We are looking for an experienced operations support leader to oversee all production-related service resolutions for a global Oracle implementation within the Horizon operations environment. As the Senior Technical Manager, Global ERP Operations, you will report to the Director, Horizon Operations Support and play a pivotal role in shaping and leading Horizon Operations support worldwide. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the robustness, security, and high performance of applications and services. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating strong analytical thinking and proposing solutions, bringing technical expertise with proficiency in Artificial Intelligence and programming skills, maintaining a high level of front-line focus on employee satisfaction and communication processes, and managing major incident bridges efficiently to ensure minimal impact on the business. You will collaborate with global leads to develop and maintain the operational support strategy for the Oracle Fusion environment, oversee the health and performance of Oracle Fusion, and prepare and present monthly operations scorecards with data-driven insights for executive leadership briefings. Additionally, you will work closely with software managed service providers to ensure SLA adherence and process improvements, support the Change Advisory Board (CAB) process, and develop strategies for enabling employees to self-serve issues effectively. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field, global team leadership experience, and familiarity with Oracle Fusion. You should also have a clear understanding of the ITIL framework, experience with ServiceNow, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
